HOW TO VIEW A TASK

 For All Users

There are several ways to view a task. In these directions you will be shown 4 different ways. These directions will include site related tasks as well.

These steps are for Builders, Contractors, and workers.

1. How do I know if I have a Task?

Log into neXtrack. If you have a Task waiting for you to complete there will be a Red blinking light on the Task Icon. Click on the [Task Icon].

A short list of your Tasks will drop down.

You can either click on the Task that you can see in the list and that will take you to the open task.

If you have a backlog of Tasks, click [See All Tasks] – they will list from oldest to newest.

If you clicked on [See All Tasks], you will be taken to this next screen where all your tasks will be listed.

Here you can also create Tasks by clicking on the [+ New Task] button

2. Using the side menu

Another way you can view your task list is by using your side menu.

Click on the arrow beside [Activities] and click on [Tasks]

This will take you to your list of Tasks.

Here you can also create Tasks by clicking on the [+ New Task] button

3. Using the top menu

When you log into the neXtrack platform you can also access the Tasks through the top Menu on the screen.

To view the menu options, click on the [Menu]

When the drop-down menu appears, click on [Tasks]

Once again this will take you to your list of Tasks.

Here you can also create Tasks by clicking on the [+ New Task] button

4. Using the Site profile TASK tab

When you log into the neXtrack Platform, Use the side Menu and click on [Sites]

A list of Sites you are connected to will appear.

Select the Site the Task is relevant to – In this example the Site is Generic Builder Site.

You will then be taken to the Site Profile selected.

Click on the TASK Tab.

On the TASK Tab you can see the list of Tasks, Completed and Pending.

Here you can also create a new task by clicking on the [New Task] button.
