How to Add a Control or Monitor to a Site
As a Builder or Contractor
A Builder and Contractor can order a Control or Monitor through the neXtrack Platform and by doing this, will begin the process of adding a Control or Monitor to their site.
The following steps will demonstrate how you can order a Control or Monitor through the neXtrack Platform.
Ordering a Control or Monitor via the neXtrack Platform
Once you have logged into the neXtrack Platform and used the side menu to navigate to the site you want the control or monitor added, Click on the ‘Controls’ Tab.
Click on the [+Order Controls] button.
An order form will pop up in a separate window.
Fill in the information requested.
Click on the down arrow to select the control you are after for the site.
In this example we’re using the H.I.P monitor.
Complete the quantity required, the date required, the PO number and any other information relevant to the order.
Once this is done, click on the green [Order] button.
Your order will be received by neXtrack.
You will be contacted by a member of the neXtrack team to confirm the order and arrange delivery of your order and the Control or Monitor will be added to the site.
