How to Generate a Control Usage Report

 

For Builder & Contractor

This document will show you how to run the Control Usage report to view and/or print. 

 

This report will show any controls being used in a zone when an activity is logged. It displays, when, who, where, and how long the activity took place.

 

These instructions are using a Contractors’ profile as the example however, the steps are the same for a Builder.

 

Generating a Control Usage Report

After logging into your account, go to the side menu and click the down arrow beside ‘REPORTS’, then ‘CONTROL USAGE’.


 

 

On the next screen you will see a Date Range Calendar filter.

 

Select the date range you wish to see the Controls Usage for by clicking in the space with the date.


Once you have selected the date range, click on the green [Filter] button.

 

In this example we have selected 1st – 30th April 2024

 

 

Your report will be generated.

 

 

This report shows there was a control in use on the Demo_Contractor HQ Site 2 Site during the times these activities were carried out. 

 

We can see the date, the Type of control, the serial number of the control, the Person, Site, Zone, and duration of the Activity.

 

The control is the ‘HIP’ with serial number ‘HIP-Y-17’ in this example.

 

These results can be downloaded as a CSV File, a PDF File or you can copy the data.
