How to Transfer Controls Between Zones
As a Builder & Contractor
If you have a Control in a Zone on the neXtrack platform and you need to move it onsite to another Zone you can transfer it to that Zone on the platform to reflect its physical location – Don’t forget to upload an image to the Zone of the Control set-up.
These instructions are done as a Builder but are the same steps for a Contractor.
Transferring Controls between Zones.
Once you have logged into the neXtrack platform, click on ‘SITES’ on the side menu.
Select the Site you need to transfer the Controls on.
Click on the ‘Controls’ Tab
You can see the Control is currently in the Zone ‘Cutting Room’
Tick the check box beside the Control and click on ‘Transfer Controls’
A selection of options will pop up in a small window.
By clicking on the down arrows you can select the Zone you want to transfer the Control to and the Hazard in that Zone.
You can then click on the green [Save] button.
Your Control has been transferred to the selected Zone.
You will be taken back to the Site’s main dashboard. Navigate your way back to the ‘Controls’ Tab. – This is not a necessary step, this is just to display the Control in a learning capacity.
You will see that under the ‘Zone’, the Control is in the ‘LVL 2 L Wing’ Zone.
If you click on the ‘Site maps and Zones’ Tab you can see that the control is in the Site Map that the Zone is in. – This is not a necessary step, this is just to display the Control in a learning capacity.
If you click on the ‘Zone’ Sub-Tab, you can see that the Control in the Zone. – This is not a necessary step, this is just to display the Control in a learning capacity.
If you click on the Zone and click on the ‘Control’ Tab, you can see the Control you transferred. – This is not a necessary step, this is just to display the Control in a learning capacity.
