How to Set up Entry Requirements in a Zone

 

As a Builder or Contractor


For safety purposes there may be entry requirements for a zone on a site.

Once you have navigated to the site on the neXtrack platform, click on it to open the site profile.

 

 

In the site profile select the ‘Site maps and Zones’ tab.

 

 

Select the ‘Zones’ tab.

 

 

Select the Zone you wish to add Entry Requirements to.


 

Select the ‘Entry Requirements’ tab.

 

 

Add the Entry Requirements by clicking on the down arrow


 

Select Whether the requirement is Recommended or Required by clicking on the down arrow.

 

 

Once selected it will automatically populate below. 

 

Click the green [Save] button.


 

Navigate back to the Zones Entry Requirements 

 

You can see that you can now change between Recommended and Required by clicking on the down arrow.

 

The Entry Requirement can also be removed.

 

 

Add as many Entry Requirements as necessary by repeating this process.
