ONBOARDING WIZARD FOR WORKERS

 

Worker Wizard

Once signed in for the first time, or if the ‘Onboarding Wizard’ has not been completed before, the option to ‘Start onboarding wizard’ will appear on the initial sign in Welcome to neXtrack page.


Click on the [Start onboarding wizard] green button.

On the first page of the ‘Wizard’ you will have the option to fill in your profile. 

Name and email are already done upon signing up.

  • phone number
  • mobile number
  • Theme – You can change your screen from dark to light. This setting defaults to dark. Example shown below. 
  • Avatar – You can upload a photo of yourself to use as a profile picture. This can be seen by your Contractor or Builder.

Once the information is filled out click on the green [Next] button to go on through the Onboarding process.

 


 

Adding a Trade

This is an important part of the Onboarding process as your Trade sets up the activities when logging an activity down the track.


Click on the drop-down arrow, scroll, and select the relevant trade/s.

 


Once the trade/s are clicked on, they will show up under the ‘Trade’.

 


Click on the green [Next] botton.


  • If you forget to add a Trade, you can go enter Trades through the contractor profile.
    • See ‘How to add a Trade’

 

Compliance

Compliance covers a range of items, for example, Entry requirements for a site or zone like training, certifications or tests, but not limited to. 


Click on the green [Add Compliance] button and a new page insert will open.

 

 


In the next screen, Click on the down arrow and select a form of Compliance to add.



These can be the following and may grow with time and requirements:


  • Control Maintenance Program – reflective of State / Country CoP
  • Industry Associated Silica Awareness Training
  • neXtrack training – then select a training option
  • RCS Dust Control Plan
  • SWMS – Aligned with RCS Dust Control Plan

 



Once you have made a selection, Enter the relevant details. 


For eg. We have done Industry Associated Silica Awareness Training


Enter the details requested:

  • Reference number / certificate number of completed training
  • Enter the date successfully completed
  • Enter the expiration date or renewal date
    • Note, if there is no expiration date, leave this blank
  • Upload the certificate or documentation as evidence of training.
    • This can be changed or removed if the incorrect document is selected by clicking on ‘Change’ or ‘Remove’


 

 

This will take you back to the original Compliance page on the Wizard.


Here you will see what you just added; however, you may notice a warning icon beside your compliance item. 


This just needs to be approved by a Builder/Contractor. 

 

Click the green [next] button to move onto the next page of the Wizard.



Additional compliance can be added by going into your User Profile and selecting the ‘Compliance’ tab.

Adding Masks / RPE

 

If you do not need Masks, you would click the green [Next] button here.

 

  • Mask Type – Drop-list to chose a mask type from. - If the make and model of your mask is not on the drop-down list, please email support@nextrack.com.au to have it added.
  • Mask ID – This is any identifying code or if there is an internal mask numbering system, that number would be noted in this section. 
  • Supply Date: This is the date you were supplied the mask or purchased the mask.
  • Fit Test Date: If you have undergone fit testing, then the date it occurred would be entered in this section.
  • Retest date – Date Fit Testing is to be re-done.
  • Service provider –  Drop-down list. - Which company carried out the Fit Testing. If the company that Fit Tested your mask is not on the drop-down list, please email support@nextrack.com.au to have it added.
  • Any comments: With regards to the Fit Testing and masks.
  • Upload fit test certificate

 

 


Once the details are completed, click on the green [Next] button.


 

 

Health Monitoring

  • If you do not need Health Monitoring, you would click the green [Next] button here.

 

Click on the green [Add Health Monitoring] button.

 


Another window will pop up and request the following information:


 


  • Service Provider – Drop-down list - Which company carried out the Health Monitoring. If your service provider is not present on the list, please email support@neXtrack.com.au to have them added.
  • Actions – If the Report mentions any actions to take they can be noted here.
  • PLEASE NOTE – Any thing written here can be seen by your Contractor /Builder 
  • Date – Date the Health Monitoring was undergone.
  • Review Date – This date is pending on a few things, however the report will let you know when to redo the Health Montioring.
  • Upload Health Report – Upload your document here.
    • This can be changed or removed

 


Once the information is complete, click the green [Save] button.

This will take you back to the main Compliance page in the Onboarding Wizard.

 

This section can be edited later through the main profile tab if any errors are made or if additional information is required.

Click on the green [Next] button.


 

 

Memberships

  

On this page there are 2 choices to choose from:

  • Ask to join.
  • Send out invitations.

 


Ask to Join


For this option to work, you don’t necessarily need ID Code for the Builder /Contractor you want to join, you can add the company by writing it in the ‘ask to join’ section, a drop down menu will appear for you to select the company.

 


After the code or company name is entered, click on the [Request] button

 

 

Send Invitation


Click on the Green [Send Invitation] button.



A new window will open



Start typing in who you would like to connect with ie. Contractor or Builder


A drop down list will appear.



Enter in the Email address of the person to invite


Add a simple message. 


Click on the [ Send Invitation] button.


 


The Wizard page will now display the pending membership.

 


Once the ‘Invited’ accepts the membership, they will move from the ‘Current Requests’ section to  ‘Members’


Click [Next] when you have completed sending out Invites to join.


 

Your Onboarding Wizard is now Complete.
