HOW TO ADD HEALTH MONITORING INFORMATION

 

All Users

The following directions are for a Builder, Contractor or a Worker. 

Health monitoring information is added to your user profile. 

From logging into the neXtrack platform click on your account name to reveal the drop down box, then click on [My Profile]

 

 

You will be taken to your user profile page which will display a number of tabs. Click on the ‘Health Monitoring’ Tab

 

In the ‘Health Monitoring’ tab, Click on [Add Health Monitoring]

 

 

A window will open, this will request the following information:

  • Service Provider – The company who carried out the Health Monitoring
    • Please note if your Service provider is not listed here, please contact us at [email protected] to add it to the list.
  • Actions arising from health report – If there any anomalies, you may be requested to take further tests.
  • Date – The day the health monitoring took place
  • Review date – Date the health monitoring needs to be re-done – This may be annually.
  • Upload health report – Click on [Select File(s)] and locate the file to be uploaded

 

When you have completed the information requested, Click [Save]


You can also change or remove the uploaded document by clicking on [Change] or [Remove]

 

 

You will be taken back to your User profile page.

 

If you click on the ‘Health Monitoring’ Tab you can view your entry.

 

 

To view your report, click on the Blue Link under ‘Health Report’.


Your report will open in a new screen for you to view.
