HOW TO ADD AIR MONITORING INFORMATION

 

As a Builder or Contractor

Follow the below steps to upload Air Monitoring reports and Air Monitoring information to Builder or Contractor profile.

It is important to add dates to every entry. 

 

Once you have logged into your neXtrack platform profile take note of the side tabs. If you are unsure what each icon is, click on the 3 lines near the search bar to expand them.

 


Click on the ‘People’ Tab to view the drop-down menu.

 

Click on Builder or Contractor – for this example we are using a Contractor.


 

The next screen will show your company. Click on the company to open it.



Now we can see our Company profile page. ‘Air Monitoring’ is a sub-tab to the ‘Profile’ tab.


Click on the ‘Air Monitoring’ tab.

 


Click on the [Add Air Monitoring] Button


A window will open requesting the information for the following:

  • Service provider – Who carried this service out?
  • Actions arising from air monitoring report – This could include any recommendations. For this purpose, the example used is ‘to include water suppression whilst cutting tiles’
  • Date of Air Monitoring – Date air monitoring was carried out.
  • Review date – Date Air Monitoring will need to be carried out again.
  • Upload Air monitoring report – Click on [Select] file and locate file.

 

If the Service Provider your business used is not in the neXtrack Platform, please send an email to [email protected] to have it added to the database.


The details filled in below are only an example of how to complete this section.

Click [Save] when report is selected.


  • You can change the report  or remove it by clicking on [Change] or [Remove].



Once you have clicked on [Save] Your entry is complete and you will be taken back to the main contractor profile page.

 

Click the [Save] Button again.



If you click on the ‘Air Monitoring’ Tab, you will see your Air Monitoring entry.



To view the Air Monitoring report, click on the Blue link under ‘Air Report’ and your report will open for you to view.
