HOW TO ADD A SITE MAP

For Contractors or Builders


Builders and Contractors may wish to add a Site map to their Site profiles. To do so, follow the directions below.

 

Once you log into your neXtrack account, click on [Sites] on the left-hand side of the screen.

 


You will see a list of your sites, or sites you are working on.


Click on a site. 

  • For this example we’re using Demo_Contractor HQ Site 2

 


You will be taken to the main dashboard on the Site profile page.


Click on the ‘Site Maps and Zones’ Tab.

 

 

In that Tab, there is 2 sub-tabs, ‘Site Maps’ and ‘Zones’.


It automatically defaults to ‘Site Maps’


Stay in this tab and type the name of the Map you wish to add beside the [Add Map] button.

 

  • For this example we are using ‘Activity Control Monitoring’


Click [Add Map]


 

 

Your Site Map will be added below.

 

 

You can add an image to the Site Map just created by clicking on the Site Map 

 

 

 

A new screen will appear where you can click on the [Select File] button to add the area image.


 

Once you have selected the image Click the [Save] button


  • You can also change or remove the image at any time. 

 

 

You will be taken back to your main dashboard on your site profile.


To view the site map you just created. Click back into the ‘Site Maps and Zones’ Tab

 


Then click on the Site Map that was created.



The Site Map will open for you to view the image uploaded.

 

Click on the [Close] button to close out of the Site Map.
