HOW TO REQUEST A MEMBERSHIP
As a Worker
If you are a worker and you wish to join as a member to a Contractor you will need to follow these steps.
- Firstly, you will need the ID number to the Contractor that you wish to join.
- As a Worker you don’t have the ability to request a membership from a Builder.
The Contractor can either email or text you this ID number which can be found in their Contractor Profile under the Membership Tab.
The more simple way, is to type the company's name under 'Ask to Join'.
A drop down list will appear.
Request the Company ID from the Contractor via email or text message.
When you log into neXtrack platform go to your profile, click on your name up the top right-hand side of the screen to reveal the drop down menu.
Click [My Profile]
On your profile page, click on the Memberships Tab
Underneath the Request to Join heading, Type, or Copy and Paste the ID beside the [Request] button or the company name.
Once you have done this, Click on the [Request] button
A dialogue box will appear letting you know your request has been sent.
When the Builder or Contractor accept your request, it will then appear in your Memberships Tab
