HOW TO ADD COMPLIANCE

 

As a Contractor


Compliance covers a range of items, for example, Entry requirements for a site or zone like training, certifications, or tests. 

 

Once you’re logged into your Profile, Click on the ‘PEOPLE’ side tab down arrow to view the drop down menu.



Click on ‘CONTRACTORS’

 

On the next screen, you will see the Company. Click on it.

 

The next screen opens up the main profile to the Contracting Company.


  • Take note of the Tabs. 
  • Click on the ‘COMPLIANCE’ Tab

 


To add compliance items, click the green [Add Compliance] button.

 

 

A pop out screen will open, allowing a new Compliance item to be added.

 

This is where the Contracting Company adds the Compliance items it requires. 


This could be RCS (Respiratory Crystaline Silica) Training, or a DCP (Dust Control Plan), but not limited to.

 


Click on the down arrow and select a form of Compliance to add.


These can be, but not limited to:


  • Control Maintenance Program – reflective of State / Country CoP
  • Fit Test
  • Industry Associated Silica Awareness Training
  • neXtrack training – then select a training option
  • RCS Dust Control Plan
  • SWMS – Aligned with RCS Dust Control Plan



Once you have made a selection, Enter the relevant details. 

- For eg. We have done Industry Associated Silica Awareness Training.


  • Reference number: Reference number of Certificate or Document number can be used.
  • Date Training was undergone.
  • Date Training will need to be re-taken.
  • Upload of evidence could be Certificate or Acknowledgement. 
  • Click on [Select Files] and go to the location of the documents you wish to upload as evidence.

 

When the information is complete, click on the green [Save] button. This will take you back to the main Contractor Profile Page.


In the ‘COMPLIANCE’ Tab you will see a circle with a number in it. This is the amount of Compliance items you have submitted. 

 

Click on the ‘COMPLIANCE’ Tab to view your Compliance items.

 

You will see that the compliance item you just entered is sitting there with a Warning icon beside it.


  • This just needs to be approved by a neXtrack technician.
