HOW TO ADD COMPLIANCE
As a Worker (User)
Compliance covers a range of items, for example, Entry requirements for a site or zone like training, fit-tests, or certification of some sort but not limited to.
This will take you to your main User Profile.
- Note the Tabs on your User Profile.
- Details, Trades, Compliance, Notifications & Reports, Mask, and Health Monitoring are all Sub-Tabs of the ‘Profile’ Tab.
Click on the ‘Compliance’ Tab.
Click on the green [Add Compliance] button.
These can be, but not limited to:
- Control Maintenance Program – reflective of State / Country CoP
- Fit Test
- Industry Associated Silica Awareness Training
- neXtrack training – then select a training option
- RCS Dust Control Plan
- SWMS – Aligned with RCS Dust Control Plan
For eg. We have done Fit Testing
- Reference number: Reference number of Fit Test Certificate or Document number.
- Date Test was given & passed.
- Date Test will need to be re-taken.
- Upload of evidence could be the Fit Test Certificate or Card.
- Click on [Select Files] and go to the location of the documents you wish to upload as evidence.
When the information is complete, click on the green [Save] button.
This will take you back to the main Profile Page.
Click on the Compliance Tab again.
You will see that the compliance item you just entered is sitting there with a Warning icon beside it.
- This needs to be approved by your builder/contractor.
- A notification will be sent to your Contractor / Builder to approve this compliance item.
- If you are the owner of a Builder or Contractor profile, you will have to have the Compliance on your USER profile approved by a neXtrack technician.
- You will have to notify neXtrack manually via email on [email protected].
Once approved the Compliance Item has been approved it will show a tick beside the item.
